GlowTok ships all orders from the United Kingdom. Our goal is to deliver your items quickly, safely, and with full transparency.


📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK)

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your order includes tracking, your tracking number will be included in that email.

If your order is:

  • lost

  • marked as delivered but not received

GlowTok is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
