GlowTok Returns & Refund Policy

At GlowTok, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.


📮 2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

  • photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once we approve your request, we will provide full return instructions.

Please do not send items back without emailing us first, as this may delay your refund.

Once your return has been approved, please send your parcel to:

(Returns are only accepted after a return request has been approved.)


🚚 4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, GlowTok will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

GlowTok does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.


💰 5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚫 6. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or used skincare products

  • items without original packaging

  • sale items or promotional bundles

  • gift cards


🔁 7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
